Terms of Service

By accessing or using Ovvey — including the mobile and web app — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Flowhi Pvt. Ltd.

1. Eligibility

To use Ovvey, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Be capable of entering a legally binding agreement under applicable law.
  • Not be barred from receiving services under the laws of India or any applicable jurisdiction.

2. Account Registration and Security

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Keep your account credentials confidential.
  • Notify support@flowhi.ai immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

Ovvey accounts are personal and non-transferable.

3. A Personal, Single-User Product

Ovvey is built for one person at a time — no team, workspace, or shared-access model. Everything you tell Ovvey is private to your own account and never visible to any other user unless you explicitly share it.

  • Ovvey adapts its tone to your role (founder, professional, student, homemaker, etc.) purely for personalisation — this creates no multi-user access.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • Store, process, or transmit illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent content.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract Ovvey's source code.
  • Use bots or scripts to abuse or overload our systems.
  • Attempt unauthorised access to other users' data or Flowhi infrastructure.
  • Use Ovvey to generate misleading, harmful, or unlawful content.
  • Resell or commercially exploit Ovvey without written permission.
  • Upload data that infringes third-party rights.

5. AI Features — Important Disclaimer

AI outputs are not professional advice. Ovvey helps you remember what matters, stay organised, and make better decisions. All AI-generated content — replies, reminders, summaries, insights, decision support — is for informational and productivity purposes only. It does not constitute professional legal, financial, medical, or other advice.

  • AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Verify important information independently.
  • Flowhi accepts no liability for decisions made based on AI-generated output.
  • AI models used by Ovvey are provided by third parties (OpenAI, Google), subject to their own terms.
  • Ovvey never makes irreversible decisions on your behalf, and never acts without your confirmation when confidence is anything less than high.

6. Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of all data, files, and content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant Flowhi a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide Ovvey to you.

  • You're responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Content.
  • Flowhi doesn't claim ownership and won't use it beyond service delivery without consent.
  • Delete Your Content, or your account, anytime — processed within 30 days.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in Ovvey — software, UI design, logos, brand elements, the Ovvey name, documentation — is owned by Flowhi Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Third-Party Integrations

Ovvey supports connecting Gmail (read-only) and Notion, and reading/writing your device's native calendar.

  • You're subject to the terms of those third-party services.
  • Flowhi isn't responsible for third-party service availability or conduct.
  • Revoke any integration anytime from Settings.

9. Service Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Ovvey, perform maintenance, adjust pricing with notice, and update these terms — material changes communicated at least 7 days in advance.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Ovvey is provided "as is" without warranties, express or implied.
  • Flowhi isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Total liability is capped at what you paid Flowhi in the preceding 12 months, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater, for free-tier users.
  • Flowhi isn't liable for data loss, missed reminders, or decisions based on AI outputs.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Flowhi Pvt. Ltd. against claims arising from your use of Ovvey in violation of these terms, Your Content, or your violation of applicable law.

12. Termination

You may terminate by deleting your account or contacting support@flowhi.ai. Flowhi may terminate for violation of these terms. Sections that should survive termination (IP, liability, indemnification, governing law) do.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governed by the laws of India. Disputes: informal resolution first via legal@flowhi.ai, then binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India), in English. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction for non-arbitrable matters.
